Water Forms

In order to serve all Enterprise Water System customers more efficiently, we utilize a scheduled customer service system for all future and present customers. In order to be placed on the schedule prior to the day of service request, the person requesting service would need to:

  • Contact the Water Department Office at least one business day prior to needing water service to receive an application by mail or print an application
  • Mail an application along with a copy of required documents and correct cut-on fee to the following address:

  • Or email the required documents to water@enterpriseal.gov and call 334-347-1211 to pay the connection fee.
  •  Please note there is a 2.5% with a $1.50 minimum convenience fee when paying with a credit/debit card.
  • Walk-in customers would also need to apply for water service prior to the day service is needed in order to be placed on the schedule.
