Make a Payment
Partial payments do not prevent disconnection. Please do not pay online or through the automated phone system if you have been disconnected for non-payment. Additional fees and paperwork are required for reconnection.
We are excited to offer our customers an easy, secure and convenient way to pay water bills online. For all questions concerning water service in the city of Enterprise, please call 334-347-1211. To pay your water bill online, or over the phone, you will need the following:
- Your water bill - You will need the Account ID and CID amount from your bill in order to access the payment system.
- Your credit card information - You will need the cardholder name, billing address, credit card number, expiration date and CVV code.
- Pay bills over the phone using our automated system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by dialing 866-919-2046.
You will have the option to create a user account online, using your CID and Account ID. If you have a separate house and sprinkler account, you will need to link multiple Account IDs to your online account.
Payment Methods & Fees
For online payments or phone payments we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer Auto Debit. Please note there is a 2.5% fee with a $1.50 minimum convenience fee for paying online and/or by phone. Online and phone payments will not be posted or received until the following business day.
