Mayor William E. “Bill” Cooper talked to several hundred third through sixth graders at Dothan’s Beverlye Intermediate School Feb. 26 as part of the Dothan City Schools Black History Month celebration. Cooper and former Dothan Fire Chief Sam Crawford were keynote speakers at the program.
