On August 14, 2021, at 11:00 PM, EPD Patrol Officers responded to a vehicle burglary call in the 100 block of Frisco Lane Enterprise, AL. During this investigation, EPD Officers discovered that three other vehicles were burglarized in the area. The suspect was able to gain entry into the vehicles through unlocked doors. While patrolling the neighborhood, EPD Officers located the suspect who was in possession of the stolen items from the vehicle burglaries. The stolen items included portable electronics, money, and a firearm. Officers arrested and charged Dominique Kenneth Leon Trice, age 31, of Elba, AL with Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle x 4, Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess a Firearm, and Failure to Possess Felon Registration Card. Trice was transported to the Coffee County Jail after arrest.
