Records

The Criminal Investigations Division maintains all police records for the City of Enterprise. The police records are maintained by two civilian employees. These employees maintain all criminal case files, police reports, and traffic accident reports for the Enterprise Police Department.

Incident/Offense Reports

Criminal reports may only be given to the victim or complainant listed on the report, unless the requesting person has a legal power of attorney over the victim or complainant . A valid government-issued photo identification must be presented when obtaining a copy of a criminal report.

Accident Reports

Accident reports will be ready for pickup 3-14 business days after the accident occurs. These reports are public record and can be obtained by any citizen.

Requesting Reports

Reports can be requested in person or through the regular mail. To request through the mail, please mail a written request, a self-addressed stamped envelope, a copy of your government-issued photo ID, and a $3 fee to the following address:
